What We Need to Get Started

To begin working on your denied or underpaid PIP claims, we require the following documentation for each case:

Complete Medical File

  • All treatment reports and notes
  • Patient intake forms

Billing & Payment Records

  • Itemized bills showing all charges
  • Payments received and outstanding balances

Insurance & Correspondence

  • Patient’s health insurance information
  • All communication with the PIP carrier, including:
    • Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
    • Copies of any received checks
    • Exhaust letters and denial notices
We can arrange pick up directly from your office, or you can send documents to us via fax or upload them to our secure, HIPAA-compliant online portal. Providing these documents ensures we can immediately start fighting for the reimbursements you’re owed.
